Check-in will be held at the Krannert Lobby on both days. Pick-up a name tag (needed for meals and beverages), ribbons, stickers, and other symposium gear! We will have breakfast setup in the Krannert Lobby for all participants from 8:30am – 8:50am. Please note that meals and breaks are in Krannert, but the talks are in Rawls 1086 just across the road! Judges
If you have been assigned to judge talks and/or posters, you will receive a folder with details about it during check-in.
Speakers
Please make sure to be in contact with the Chair of your session at least 15 minutes before the start of your session. Meet in Rawls 1086, and make sure to have your presentation in a hard copy and/or an online version.
