Removing a PUID from a Realm

Removing a PUID from a realm is the reverse operation of a join. A PUID removed from a I2A2 subscriber realm is no longer allowed access to the realm's resources.

To remove a PUID from a realm:

  1. Select the PUID. This can be accomplished by either searching for the person by name and then examining the detailed information for that person, or by entering the PUID or alias on the Find by PUID/Alias panel.

  2. From the home page, select the Remove Selected User from a Realm option. The Remove from Realm panel is displayed.

  3. Click on the realm to be removed. You can select more than one realm by holding down the CTRL key and clicking on each additional realm.

Click on the Remove PUID From Realm button to complete the remove operation.

  4. After I2A2 removes the PUID from the realm, a confirmation screen is displayed.

  5. Select the Home link to return to the Secure Web Interface home page.
