'm' - The Reflector (Identification) Modify Command
The I2A2 reflector DBM does not support the modify command.
Changes to reflector information can only be made with the internal protocol create command. When given an
internal protocol create command the reflector DBM will detect when the command applies to an existing PUID record, determine
if any information has changed, and make the necessary changes.
