Signs that a student may be struggling include changed behavior, stopped attendance or participation in classes and activities, or concerning comments. |

Purdue alumna Julie Wainwright, founder of The RealReal, will join President Mitch Daniels for a conversation at the next Presidential Lecture Series event at 6 p.m. ET Tuesday (March 29) in Stewart Center’s Fowler Hall. The event, titled “Shedding Setbacks and Achieving RealReal Success,” is sponsored by the Purdue President’s Council and is free and open to the public. It also will be livestreamed.

With Russia’s invasion of Ukraine now in its fifth week, Purdue is planning to create a program to host Ukrainian scholars who have been displaced by the conflict. Through Purdue’s Ukraine Scholars Initiative, individuals directly impacted by the war with faculty positions at Ukrainian universities and who are engaged in academic research would have the opportunity to resume their academic pursuits at Purdue.
