Faculty can now submit Fall 2017 requests for large lecture and large active learning rooms

Requests from faculty wishing to use large lecture rooms and large active learning rooms, including rooms in the new Wilmeth Active Learning Center (WALC), during the fall semester of 2017 can now be submitted. The deadline for requests is Jan. 17.

New Purdue website provides information on GMOs

A multidisciplinary team of faculty and staff from the College of Agriculture has developed a new website with information that addresses the complex economic, environmental, health and public policy issues related to genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Called The Science of GMOs, the site was specifically designed for users with limited or no scientific background. It features text and videos that clearly explain some of the most important questions agricultural producers and consumers have about GMOs.
