Center for Healthy Living to kick off 2015 wellness programming with tobacco cessation

Purdue's Center for Healthy Living has announced its first no-cost wellness program for 2015. The tobacco cessation program will meet noon-12:50 p.m. Wednesdays from Jan. 14 through Feb. 18 at the center.

Solving social problems one business at a time

Whether it is in the classroom, in another country or with U.S. military veterans, Krannert students are learning the concept of social entrepreneurship. As a result, they are finding solutions to some of our toughest social problems.

In the photo: Beginning in 2015, social entrepreneurship students at Krannert will have the opportunity to take part in a study abroad program in Guatemala during which they will live with Guatemalan families and consult with women whose entrepreneurial efforts are a vital source of income.
