Collaborative Opportunities

The MEPEP has been designed with collaboration in mind. The facility director will serve as a research partner, coordinating protein evolution and production experiments; collaborating or assisting with recombinant protein design, production and purification methodologies; collecting and analyzing data; and assisting in the preparation of research proposals, papers and reports. While in most cases, services will be provided under allocation agreements, under certain circumstances, a fee-for-service approach may be warranted. The director will also provide educational opportunities by involving undergraduate and graduate students in research projects. Training will be available to investigators and their students for conducting research within the facility.
