For the fourth year in a row, Human Resources-Benefits is seeking employee input and feedback about the recent benefits open enrollment as well as overall health and wellness offerings at the University. Employees (excluding graduate staff) at West Lafayette, Northwest (Hammond and Westville) and Fort Wayne who are benefits-eligible are encouraged to participate in the brief, two-part survey regarding both of these topics. The survey is open; responses are requested by Jan. 17.
