Human Resources announces new benefit enrollment system; action requested

Faculty and staff will see a new benefit enrollment process, as Human Resources rolls out a new benefits enrollment system beginning July 5. The new "BenefitFocus" system will take the place of the current EBenefits enrollment tool -- and the change calls for actions by employees.

Fungi hunters uncover hidden worlds

Guyana, in the northeastern corner of South America, boasts some of the world's last remaining virgin tropical rainforests. There, in the upper Potaro Basin of western Guyana, Cathie Aime, professor of botany and plant pathology, and her colleagues have spent the past 17 years hunting for undiscovered fungi.
