Purdue diversity initiative promotes faculty innovation

A new Purdue initiative, led by the Office of the Provost, will leverage faculty-driven innovation to improve minority recruitment and retention. Known as the Diversity Transformation Award, the program will challenge faculty to conceive -- and implement -- projects that advance campus diversity.

Q&A with Pat Carducci, incoming chair of CSSAC

Pat Carducci, a custodian in Building Services at the Dick and Sandy Dauch Alumni Center, will become chair of the Clerical and Service Staff Advisory Committee on Sept. 9. Here, Carducci answers questions about his work at Purdue, involvement with CSSAC and goals for the group in the coming year.
