New OIRAE briefing examines acculturation journey for first-year students

The latest edition of the OIRAE briefing from the Office of Institutional Research, Assessment and Effectiveness explores data on how first-year domestic and international students adapt to Purdue and to each other, as well as what the University community can do to enable better cross-cultural relationships.

Purdue Science K-12 Outreach celebrates 25 years of engagement

In 1990, Purdue Science K-12 Outreach started with just one truck and a vision to help K-12 science and mathematics teachers. In 2015, the program reaches statewide, having helped almost 1 million students build understandings of science and mathematics and work with research-grade scientific equipment. The College of Science's Insights magazine explores 25 chapters of the history of Purdue Science K-12 Outreach and the activities that have helped bring the program to where it is today.
