The first Purdue Day of Giving was held on April 30, 2014. In just 24 hours, students, alumni, faculty, staff, parents and friends raised $7.49 million and granted countless opportunities around the world. "This was an amazing effort and a true representation of the impact we can have as a unified community," says Amy Noah, vice president for development. "We'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the faculty and staff who were among the 42 percent of total gifts last year. Let's make this year even bigger and better!"
