Speech, language and hearing sciences professor receives Purdue commercialization award

Jessica Huber, professor in the Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, is the 2014 recipient of the Outstanding Commercialization Award for Purdue University Faculty.

Former chairman of the Democratic National Committee Howard Dean and former chairman of the Republican National Committee Michael Steele will participate in a debate at 5:30 p.m. today (Nov. 20) in the Purdue Memorial Union North Ballroom.

Purdue United Way

Purdue United Way Campaign surpasses goal

Purdue faculty, staff, retirees and students accepted the challenge of meeting the 2014 Purdue United Way goal by raising more than $755,000 for the campaign. Volunteers and community leaders of the United Way campaign gathered Wednesday (Nov. 19) at Dauch Alumni Center to celebrate raising $773,906, or 102.5 percent of the $755,000 goal. This is a record amount for Purdue's campaign.
