A celebration on Memorial Mall will be one of the highlights of today's first-ever Purdue Day of Giving, an event encouraging students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors and friends from all campuses to contribute to the University.
The Purdue Day of Giving, a 24-hour, online event, will focus on student affordability and accessibility, among other areas, and will feature Web-based social media components to engage donors. Faculty and staff news
Purdue security experts advise faculty, staff and students to avoid using Microsoft Internet Explorer to access non-Purdue websites due to a recently discovered vulnerability that may allow attackers to run remote code on individuals' computers.
A partial lane restriction will be in place on the south side of State Street between McCormick Road and McCutcheon Drive today (April 30) through Friday (May 2) in order to remove diseased trees. The lane restriction will move as the crew addresses the affected trees.
Purdue's Office of Emergency Preparedness will offer four sessions in May for the University community to learn more about how to prepare and react to potentially dangerous situations.
The search committee for the position of director of the Latino Cultural Center is seeking feedback on the three finalists who were on campus this month. An online feedback tool -- as well as candidates' full curriculum vitae -- is available here. The deadline to submit feedback is noon today (April 30).
