In association with Open Access Week, which is Oct. 21-27, Purdue University Libraries has launched a new, open access website with key resources, timely information and University expertise. The website is at www.lib.purdue.edu/openaccess.
While the negative public perception of government is likely to carry over to midterm elections, some politicians are banking on voters remembering their individual roles in the shutdown in a way that helps launch their political careers, says a Purdue public opinion expert.
