Sweet 16 send-off scheduled for today
Boilermaker fans are invited to come to the Purdue Airport today (Wednesday) to wish the team luck as it departs for its second-straight appearance in the NCAA Sweet 16. The team is scheduled to arrive at the airport at approximately 3 p.m. The sendoff celebration will include appearances by Purdue cheerleaders and the pep band, and Sweet 16 commemorative fliers will be distributed to all fans in attendance.
