President France A. Córdova stopped by the football practice facility on Tuesday to congratulate Joe Tiller on becoming the winningest coach in school history last Saturday. The Boilermakers beat Central Michigan 32-25 to give Tiller his 85th win at Purdue and push him past the legendary Jack Mollenkopf for the school record. More

Record number of international friendship matches to be celebrated

Purdue international students will have an opportunity to meet a record number of friendship families on Friday (Sept. 26) during a reception hosted by International Students and Scholars. The reception will be at 7 p.m. in the Purdue Memorial Union's South Ballroom. Michael Brzezinski, associate dean of international programs and director of the Office of International Students and Scholars, said Purdue matched a record 175 families and individuals with students. The previous high was 125 matches. More
