Today's tip:
Wellness

September is STEPtember Month! Adding steps to your day can help you reduce stress and stay alert. Try these: walk or bike to work, designate 10 minutes of lunch break to a relaxing walk, ask co-workers to join you for a walk break once a day, visit the restroom on the far side of the building, or hold a meeting while you walk.
