The Indiana Hort Conference and Expo is an educational meeting designed to meet the needs of fruit, vegetable and other specialty crop growers and marketers in Indiana and surrounding states. All interested individuals are invited to attend. The fresh vegetable, food safety, and procesing tomato (raw products) sessions will be held on Jan. 22 with an evening social from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. Fruit, controlled environment, and marketing programs will be hold on Jan. 23.
