- In your work, show all internal resultants, stress distributions and stress components on the positive x-face. This consistency will help you avoid getting incorrect directions for your final stress components.
- In the stress distribution plots and in the stress table, do not include signs. Show the stress distributions in their actual directions. This will help you get correct the directions of the stress components in your final answers.
