Maria Wiltse is the Lead Impact Evaluator for the Purdue University Office of Engagement and supports ongoing projects for the Purdue Center for Regional Development (PCRD). In her role, Maria focuses on the internal and external evaluation as well as the measurement performance of PCRD. Maria’s areas of expertise are Rural communities, building capacity, civic engagement, community impact and performance measurement, community assessments, qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods, and project management. Maria holds a master’s degree from Purdue University.
