Annual open letter from President Daniels
In his annual open letter to the Purdue community, President Mitch Daniels shares that Purdue is in the midst of a period of exceptional innovation and growth in nearly every aspect of its operations -- research and discovery, the way Purdue delivers and finances world-class education, and how the University is run, both academically and administratively -- and outlines his goals for improving even further in 2018.

Maria Marshall, director of the Purdue Initiative for Family Firms and professor of agricultural economics, uses her position at the University to help family-owned businesses succeed.
