Purdue Today special issue to offer Board of Trustees news

A special Board of Trustees issue of Purdue Today will be sent today (Feb. 26) at the conclusion of the board's scheduled meeting. The agenda for the meeting, which is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. in Stewart Center, Room 326, is available on the Board of Trustees website.

Did You Know?: Purdue pre-astronauts

Amid all the famous Purdue graduates stand three alumni who became pre-astronauts before Project Mercury, the NASA program that put the first American astronauts in space. Those three are balloonist Malcolm Ross, test pilot "Mr. Space" Iven Kincheloe and eventual astronaut Neil Armstrong — all storied record setters and all Boilermakers.
