The University Senate met last week and discussed a possible policy to allow students absences related to military duties and a student-written statement of values. The minutes of the meeting are available on the Senate's website.
The Administrative and Professional Staff Advisory Committee has endorsed a student-written statement of values titled "We Are Purdue."

Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) will become a smoke-free and tobacco-free campus effective April 1. The use of cigarettes, cigars, oral tobacco, electronic cigarettes and all other tobacco products will be prohibited on campus and other sites controlled, operated or leased by the University.
