Many highly educated immigrants coming to the U.S. without a job lined up have been unable to find work at their level of education, leading to considerable "brain waste," Purdue researchers have found.

IPFW to become tobacco- and smoke-free campus

Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) will become a smoke-free and tobacco-free campus effective April 1. The use of cigarettes, cigars, oral tobacco, electronic cigarettes and all other tobacco products will be prohibited on campus and other sites controlled, operated or leased by the University.
