In preparation for the distribution of 2013 W-2 forms to Purdue employees, the University Tax Department urges employees to review their home addresses in Employee Self-Service (ESS) by Dec. 31.

Human Resources has announced the results of the 2014 benefits open enrollment that ended Nov. 15. The data shows that 66 percent of Purdue faculty and staff system-wide elected a high-deductible medical plan for next year.

Men's basketball game on Dec. 31 to affect parking around Mackey
Purdue men's basketball will host Ohio State at 1 p.m. Dec. 31. Several parking lots around Mackey Arena will be reserved all day to ensure available parking for fans with permits. The affected lots will be posted with date and time. Alternate parking for University staff members will be available in the lot north of Ross-Ade Stadium (R Lot) all day Dec. 31.
The Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (CTSI) is seeking applicants for special pre-doctoral training awards in translational research.

A $2.7 million gift from Centaur Gaming will help Purdue's College of Veterinary Medicine build the Centaur Regional Equine Diagnostic and Surgical Center in Shelbyville, Ind.
About two dozen Purdue international students will spend their first week of winter break assisting elderly and impoverished families in Florida as part of the 2013 Boiler Way Out! Winter Break Trip on Dec. 15-21.

The No. 19 Boilermaker volleyball team fell Saturday in the NCAA Elite Eight, losing to No. 13 Wisconsin. It was Purdue's second-ever trip to the Elite Eight. On Friday, the Boilermakers had advanced in the regional by defeating host Illinois.
