Disability Resource Center improves and expands services
The Disability Resource Center (DRC) is making moves to enhance disability services around campus. Recent behind-the-scenes adjustments, such as changing the caseload assignment system and information storage databases, have streamlined student services. Larger-scale changes are also in the works as part of a plan to integrate DRC services with the overall student experience.

Blackboard Learn workshops during spring break can help faculty rebuild courses for fall semester
Hands-on workshops introducing faculty to the new Blackboard Learn 9.1 course management system will be offered by ITaP on March 12-15. The sessions will cover the system's essentials, grade book, collaborative tools, assessments and assignments, as well as tools and methods for moving current course content from Blackboard Vista to Blackboard Learn. Nominations invited for Entrepreneurial Leadership Academy
The Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship in Discovery Park is announcing the 2012-13 nomination period for the Entrepreneurial Leadership Academy through April 18. The academy is a professional development program aimed at mid-career or senior faculty. Though commercialization interests are encouraged, faculty do not need to have a technology to commercialize to participate. More information is in a PDF file.
