Krannert Spring issue

Real-world research: Doctoral students make a global impact

Although Ph.D. students' important work in the classroom as instructors and teaching assistants may be their most visible role in the Krannert School, their cutting-edge research activities are equally vital. Addressing topics ranging from digital piracy and leadership to CEO risk-taking and investor attentiveness, today's young academicians are making real-world discoveries that will affect business for years to come. Many areas of campus will face disruptions to traffic, parking and building use this summer as 196 projects, including 67 capital projects, are pursued beginning Monday (May 16). Purdue Farmers Market opens today

The Purdue Farmers Market will return today (May 12) to offer fruits, vegetables and other goods for sale. The market will be held Thursdays through Oct. 27 at the corner of Sheetz and Wood streets, just west of the Dick and Sandy Dauch Alumni Center.
