News for faculty and staffAugust 17, 2009IN THE SPOTLIGHTPurdue sports Web site gets new lookPurdueSports.com has been redesigned to provide fans with more new and interactive ways to follow the world of Purdue sports. Over the last two months, the Purdue sports information department worked closely with its host Web company, CBS College Sports, to design the final product, which was unveiled Wednesday. Additions to PurdueSports.com include a built-in video player on the main index and sport pages, and an interactive media menu with direct access to RSS feeds, wireless updates and video and audio content. The new look also gives the Boilermakers an opportunity to showcase some of their new interactive team features including various team accounts at Twitter.com and the virtual information team guides created by The Pursuant Group.
