National information security expert to speak today at Purdue

John Thompson, who built Symantec Corp. from a small company into the world's largest cybersecurity vendor and is widely considered one of the most influential minority CEOs in the nation, will speak at 7 p.m. today (March 24) in Stewart Center's Fowler Hall. The talk, sponsored in part by Purdue's Krannert School of Management, is free and open to the public. The distinguished lecture is part of Purdue's Center for Education and Research in Information Assurance and Security's (CERIAS) annual symposium.

Food Science Club symposium to focus on sustainability in food industry
