Confucius Institute to hold courses this spring

Two non-credit courses in elementary Chinese culture and conversation will be offered this spring through the Confucius Institute at Purdue (CIP) and Purdue Continuing Education. State 'mathletes' hope to divide and conquer

When training for an event such as a marathon, your rest days are just as important to your training as your long runs. The rest allows your body to recover and rebuild. The combination of pushing your body to new limits and then recovering is what will make you better. Make sure to have at least one rest day per week.
