Feeling a little tense? This could possibly be a result of stress. Try contracting those muscles for 10 seconds, then relaxing for another 10. Start either at your head or feet, move to the next muscle, and repeat for the entire body length. This technique, progressive muscle relaxation, can help ease the tension in your sore muscles.
