Please note: Students entering First-Year Engineering are required to complete online tasks prior to registering for fall classes. After May 1 you will receive directions for completing the tasks from First-Year Engineering. Some of the information from these tasks is used for initial math placement. Performance on the online Calculus Readiness Test (CRT) may impact a student’s eligibility for other courses, like Computer Tools for Engineers or Chemistry I, which may be part of a learning community. You should apply for the learning communities that interest you and discuss learning community placement with an advisor during Day on Campus, the summer orientation and registration program.
