WBAA, art museum sponsor trip to New York City
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - WBAA public radio and the Art Museum of Greater Lafayette are sponsoring a trip to New York City art museums Nov. 12-15.The tour will include visits to the Museum of Modern Art, Whitney Museum of American Art and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Hosted by Kendall Smith, executive director of the art museum, and art appraiser Sharon Theobald, the four-day, three-night trip also will include accommodations in downtown New York City, behind-the-scenes tours of Sotheby's and Christie's auction houses, and dining at award-winning restaurants.
