College of Technology at Kokomo awards more than $60,000 in scholarships
KOKOMO, Ind. - Purdue University's College of Technology at Kokomo has awarded $60,650 in scholarships to 24 students to study at its location in the 2008-09 academic year.The college recognized the honorees at a banquet May 22 sponsored by the Purdue Kokomo 400 Club.
The following students received scholarships:
* Nicholas Boyce: $2,000 Purdue Kokomo 400 Club Scholarship.
* Justin Crawford: $1,000 Purdue Alumni Club Scholarship, $1,000 Purdue Kokomo 400 Club Scholarship.
* Ryan Finicle: $2,000 Purdue Kokomo 400 Club Scholarship.
* Michael Gasaway: $1,000 Sycamore Recreation Association Scholarship.
* Leann Hazelgrove: $3,000 John and Hilda Hingst Scholarship.
* Aaron Hudson: $3,000 Purdue Kokomo 400 Club Scholarship, $650 Brian Clemens Scholarship.
* Kaleigh Hunt: $2,000 Purdue Kokomo 400 Club Scholarship, $1,000 Harris Bank Scholarship.
* April Janes: $1,500 Marnie Cole Renard Scholarship.
* Ryan Jarvis: $3,000 Richard H. & Marian E. Blacklidge Scholarship.
* Christopher Kiefer: $1,000 Sycamore Recreation Association Scholarship.
* Travis Lytle: $1,500 Purdue Kokomo 400 Club Scholarship.
* Megan Mahoney: $3,000 Sycamore Recreation Association Scholarship, $1,000 Thomas and Rosemary Sheehan Scholarship.
* Dallas Milem: $1,000 John Milner Memorial Scholarship, $1,000 Purdue Kokomo 400 Club Scholarship.
* Anthony Musall: $3,000 Glen and Jeanné Harland Scholarship; $2,000 Purdue Kokomo 400 Club Scholarship; $1,000 Security Federal Savings Bank Scholarship.
* Chris Percival: $4,000 Purdue Kokomo 400 Club Scholarship.
