Presidential scholar on the significance of Indiana primary Bert Rockman, professor and head of the Department of Political Science Rockman can talk about current and past presidential candidates and elections, including the importance of Indiana's participation in this primary. He also can talk about how candidates favored by their party establishments tend to win in Indiana. He is an expert on the presidency and political leadership.
