First Purdue Alumni Boilermaker Ball to take place in Indianapolis

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Alumni and friends of Purdue University are invited to Indianapolis for the Purdue Alumni Association's first Boilermaker Ball.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 29, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 123 W. Louisiana St., in Union Station, with a cocktail hour and silent auction of Boilermaker memorabilia. Dinner, dancing and a live auction will follow later in the evening.

The ball celebrates the history and traditions of Purdue and raises funds to support programs and scholarships offered through the alumni association. Future balls are planned annually for the last Friday of February.

Individual ticket prices range from $100 to $150. Group seating and table hosting opportunities are available. For more information or to RSVP, go online to https://www.purduealum.org and click the "Boilermaker Ball" link or call the alumni association at (800) 414-1541.

All proceeds will benefit the Purdue Alumni Association.
