April 4, 2007 Police seek man in connection with public indecency complaintWEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Purdue University police are looking for a man who on Monday (April 2) allegedly exposed himself to a female student in a parking lot just west of Fowler Memorial House.The student told police she had left the Child Development and Family Studies Building around 1 p.m. and was walking to her parked car when the man exposed himself. He then walked to the sidewalk just north of State Street and turned west toward State Street and MacArthur Drive, according to police reports. Capt. John Cox said the man had an olive complexion with slightly curly dark brown or black medium-length hair. According to police reports, the man was wearing a white Purdue T-shirt and cargo shorts. Cox said the man could be charged with public indecency, a Class A misdemeanor, punishable by up to one year in prison and a maximum fine of $5,000.
