Here is a list of events happening Thursday, Dec. 6, at the West Lafayette campus.

Thursday, Dec. 6

-- Purdue's Office of the Vice President for Research will offer a workshop featuring two program officers from the National Institutes of Health. Belinda Soto, deputy director of the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering, will give a presentation on imaging and future institute initiatives. David Balshaw, program administrator for the Center for Risk and Integrated Sciences within the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, will talk about his group's nanotechnology development efforts, with an emphasis on environmental health implications of nanotechnology. -- Holidays @ the Union performances. The Delphi Community High School Entertainers will perform from 11-11:30 a.m. PMU Great Hall.

-- College of Education Brown Bag presentation: Education Entrepreneur Fellowship through The Mind Trust. 12-1 p.m. Room 313, Stewart Center. For more information, www.themindtrust.org.
