At the recommendation of President Mitch Daniels, the Board of Trustees today (April 12) approved for 2019 the addition of a four-day winter recess on Dec. 23, 27, 30 and 31 for faculty and staff on the West Lafayette, Northwest and Fort Wayne campuses. The four days are in addition to approved University holidays already scheduled for Dec. 24, 25, 26 and Jan. 1, 2020.
