Spring Fling set for May 22

Spring Fling activities will be held May 22 at and around Memorial Mall for the 2019 celebration. The annual appreciation event for faculty, staff, graduate student staff and retirees will be held 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

TracSat Design Project

TracSat project provides AAE undergraduates with hands-on experience

One course within the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics is producing unique project-based learning opportunities for undergraduate students while also creating a testing bed that will aid the department in future small satellite projects.

Sullenberger’s legacy more than a miracle

His heroic acts as the captain during the emergency landing of a passenger plane on New York’s Hudson River in January 2009, known now as “The Miracle on the Hudson,” made Sully Sullenberger famous. But that single deed will not be his only lasting legacy. Sullenberger spoke Feb. 24 at a nearly full Elliott Hall of Music.

Fraudulent emails asking employees to change bank account numbers

Purdue employees are receiving emails from scammers posing as their boss or a Purdue official asking them to change bank account information before paydays or to open a malicious attachment. These emails are fraudulent and employees should review tips about how to identify them.
