Road closures, traffic restrictions start next week for State Street Redevelopment Project

Road closures and traffic restrictions will be in place Monday (March 5) as the last year of construction begins on the State Street Redevelopment Project. The 2018 vehicular traffic plan highlights the roadways that will be affected.

Greenhouse 'conveyer belt' could advance food production, address looming global food crisis

Purdue researchers have created a greenhouse on campus featuring a new automated conveyor system that keeps plants moving constantly, a change they hope will provide answers about ways to avoid a looming food crisis — the global population is expected to grow to more than 9 billion by 2050.
