SafeRx database enables large-scale study of prescription medication safetyData on medication errors and adverse reactions can now be more easily analyzed to help make prescription medicines safer using SafeRx, a database platform developed by the College of Pharmacy’s Center for Medication Safety Advancement and ITaP. Ann Christine Catlin (in photo), ITaP senior research scientist, and her team worked with the CMSA team to design SafeRx.
