Darrow named vice president for human resources

Denny Darrow has been named Purdue's vice president for human resources, effective Oct. 17. He is a 1992 Purdue graduate, has been director of the Indiana State Personnel Department (SPD) since 2014, and joined SPD in 2010, serving previously as the agency’s deputy director and chief of staff. He replaces Trent Klingerman, who is taking on the role of chief deputy counsel in the University’s Office of Legal Counsel.
