Center for Healthy Living to offer weight management program

The Center for Healthy Living on Purdue’s West Lafayette campus will offer its last six-week weight management program beginning on Sept. 15. Individuals who are in the process of losing weight or who are seeking motivation, guidance and tools to begin their weight loss journey are encouraged to attend.

New faculty members welcomed, introduced with brief profiles

President Mitch Daniels held a reception for new faculty members at the West Lafayette campus on Aug. 17 at Westwood. New faculty on Aug. 18 also participated in orientation, which included presentations on diversity and inclusion, tenure and promotion, and faculty partnerships with technology; breakout sessions on students, research and campus climate; and an information fair. Brief profiles of new faculty members at the West Lafayette campus, by way of welcome and introduction, are presented by the Office of the Provost and Purdue Today in a PDF file.
