Parent & Family Connections seeking campus participants for Family Weekend

Parent & Family Connections, in collaboration with the Purdue Student Union Board, is seeking to expand the schedule of events and opportunities during Family Weekend on Sept. 23-25. All areas within the University are invited to hold family-friendly events during Family Weekend.

Purdue's first competency-based program receives
final approval

Purdue Polytechnic Institute's competency-based education program has cleared its final hurdle, becoming the first baccalaureate program of its kind in the nation. The Higher Learning Commission, a regional accreditation organization, approved Purdue University's degree in Transdisciplinary Studies in Technology. Competency-based education is a key step in the Purdue Moves initiative.
