Jennifer Coddington considers herself successful when she helps young patients establish healthy habits that last their entire lives. A pediatric nurse practitioner with a doctor of nursing practice degree and 14 years of experience, Coddington is a clinical assistant professor of nursing. In addition to seeing patients and teaching the next generation of nurse practitioners, Coddington recently was quoted in a New York Times opinion piece.

France A. Córdova, former Purdue president, will be part of the PBS documentary "Makers: Women Who Make America," which will air 8-11 p.m. today (Feb. 26).
Four highly regarded leaders will speak on campus in March and April about the future of higher education as a part of the College of Engineering's "Inspiration"-themed Distinguished Seminar Series.
The Center for Instructional Excellence is seeking student proposals for its Academic Community Engagement Poster Presentation, which will be held April 16. Posters can present any community-based service-learning and/or academic community engagement project from spring 2011 to spring 2013. The deadline for students to submit a proposal is March 15. Details are available in a PDF file.
Faculty and staff are invited to nominate students for the 2013 Purdue Homecoming Court through March 8.
Indiana high school students studying to help end world hunger can compete at Purdue in April to earn a place among their peers at an international symposium organized by the World Food Prize Foundation.
