Purdue Solar Racing team to compete in Shell 'Eco-marathon'

A team of Purdue students will compete in Houston next month in the Shell Eco-marathon Americas, an international contest for college and high school students to design and build the most fuel-efficient vehicles. The Purdue Solar Racing team won last year's solar-car category of the Eco-marathon, achieving the equivalent of 4,913 miles per gallon, the most ever recorded at the event. Read more...

CSSAC to hold forum on Sustaining New Synergies

CSSAC is sponsoring a forum on Sustaining New Synergies from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. March 30 in Room 206, Stewart Center. Speaking at the forum will be Al Diaz, executive vice president for business and finance, treasurer, and Ken Sandel, project manager, who will discuss and answer questions about proposed changes under the Sustaining New Synergies initiatives. Clerical and service staff are invited, but the forum is open to all Purdue employees.
