From Kenya to South Africa to Ecuador, Purdue students are using the skills they learn in the classroom to help others around the world. In 2008 more than 3,700 students participated in service-learning projects, which were incorporated into the curricula of approximately 175 courses. More

'Ceiling fan' tickets on sale today for Purdue-Illinois

The Purdue athletics department is bringing back the popular "Ceiling Fan" promotion for today's Big Ten Conference men's basketball opener against Illinois. Some 1,200 tickets for the top five rows of Mackey Arena will be sold for $12 each beginning at 9 a.m. today (Dec. 30) and continuing while supply lasts. More
