More Young Hall evacuated after small fireA fire on Thursday (Sept. 13) forced the evacuation of a Purdue building. Purdue's fire department responded to an automatic alarm at Young Hall around 11:30 a.m. Assistant fire chief Kevin Clark said the fire was in an elevator equipment room located above the 10-story building's top floor. The fire was contained to the equipment room.
