License Restriction Experiences Study Margo Katherine Wilke Undergraduate Research Internship Program Spring 2024 Accepted law & society The proposed research will explore the causes and effects of restrictions on legal driving privileges. Specifically, it will address the following research questions: “What factors lead to license restrictions?” and “How do license restrictions affect people?” To answer these questions, we will conduct semi-structured interviews with people who have experienced license restrictions and attorneys who have worked on these types of cases. Spencer J Headworth The student researcher will assist with study recruitment, reviewing relevant literature, and writing up research findings. This position requires substantive expertise in law & society and an established relationship with the Legal Aid Corporation of Tippecanoe County Please note: The Margo Katherine Wilke Undergraduate Research Internship (Wilke) program is designed to support Purdue College of Liberal Arts undergraduates.
